摘要
图书馆是人类科学文化的宝库,当今社会新思维、新技术的发展对图书馆服务功能提出了更高的要求,因此现代图书馆员应紧跟时代,努力进取,全力塑造现代图书馆员的新形象。本文便从仪表、知识形象、服务形象三方面详细论述了图书馆员必须要塑造适应时代需求的现代管理员形象,以适应时代的需求。
It is well known that the library is the treasury of human beings' sc ience and knowledge. At this time, the development of new thought and new techno logy pose a higher demand to the serving function of the library. Therefore, mod ern librarian should keep pace with the time, try hard to learn, sculpture the n ew image positively. This paper discussed above-mentioned problems detailed from three aspects, including appearance, image of knowledge, image of service so as to adapt new time's request.
