摘要
研制了一种新型用于焊后处理的超声波冲击装置。该装置的功率电源采用自适应带通滤波器对换能器的电压和电流的基波信号进行提取,用单片机和DDS芯片完成了高精度的自动频率跟踪和功率控制,实现了脉冲频率和脉冲宽度的联合调制,可以满足实际超声波冲击的要求。
Develops a new kind of ultrasonic percussion device used for postwelding treatment. The power supply of the device adopts the self-adaptive band-pass filter to draw the signal of base wave of voltage and current in transducer and finishes the high accuracy function of automatic frequency tracing control and output power control with one-chip computer and DDS chip. The control circuit has realized the pulse frequency and pulse width union modulation. This device can meet the actual request to ultrasonic percussion.
