摘要
全面建设小康社会时期,由于社会急剧转型、经济结构调整、社会文化变迁等原因,社会经济心理在快速嬗变中出现了一些与社会发展不协调或起阻碍作用的异型经济心理,通过采取心理引导、吸泄提高、利益公正、利益保障、自我调控等有效措施,优化经济心理结构,调整社会冲突,解决心理矛盾,为经济与社会健康发展提供优势支撑。
During the period of building a moderately well-off society, some irregular economic psychology appeared and was not in conformity with or ran against the development of economy because of intensive social transformation, adjustment of the economic structure, social culture changes and so on. Such effective measures as psychological guidance, improving absorbing system, benefit fairness, benefit guarantee and self-control, must be taken to optimize social psychology, regulate psychological conflicts, to do away with psychological contradictions and to create advantageous support for healthy economic and social development.
