摘要
提出了利用“针眼指数”来评价涂层质量的方法 ,建立了相关的数学模型和评价等级 ,并结合现场检测情况对该方法进行了验证。该方法开拓了管道涂层质量控制的新思路 ,它比常规方法方便可行 ,为采用阴极保护的埋地管道涂层质量评价提供了一种有效的手段。
Needle Eye Index' is presented to assess the quality of coatings. Relative mathematic model and assessment grades are established and verified by field testing. This method provides a new way for controlling coating quality of pipelines, which is more practical than the conventional ones. It proves to be an effective measure to assess the quality of coatings of buried pipeline with cathodic protection
