摘要
通过对河北师范大学 1996~ 2 0 0 3届体育特招生 14 0人的就业状况进行调查 ,发现其主要方向与所学专业一致。说明了在校期间的文化学习对其就业的重要性 ,并结合我校现行的管理式提出加强体育特招生文化学习管理的对策 :(一 )、院系部三管齐下、同抓共管 ;(二 )、树立“重文”思想 ,提高评价标准 ;(三 )、评价激励、奖优促差 ;(四 )、完善预科学习 ;(五 )、健全补课制 ,考试“以缓代免”。
Through the investigation on the employment of 140 students who hold strong suits in Physical Education during the period between 1996 and 2003 in Hebei Normal University, I found the identicalness between their major and their main orientation, which fully shows that culture learning plays an important role in job hunting I would like to give some advice on strengthening the management according to the present administrative pattern in our University: 1 University authority, Departments and Offices cooperate with each other 2 Set the goal on culture learning, improve the standard of assessment 3 Assess and spur, reward the tops and improve the slow 4 Consummate the foundation course 5 Perfect the making_up system, as for exams, we should postpone exams for certain students instead of exempting
