摘要
通过对现有企业家人力资本绩效评价体系存在问题的分析,并从企业家人力资本特点出发,构建新的企业家人力资本绩效评价内容、指标体系,运用模糊数学综合判断法对企业家人力资本非财务性绩效作出评价。
Entrepreneur human capital is the key target of enterprise management, of which the disposition and operation cannot be carried out without the entrepreneur human capital performance assessment. Based on the analysis of current entrepreneur human capital performance appraisal system and its feature, this paper textured the new content and index system of entrepreneur human capital assessment. Integrative judging methods in fuzzy mathematics were applied to make out the consequence of entrepreneur human capital non-financial appraisal.
