摘要
研究一类串联生产全过程基于if-then规则库的优化设定问题.对串联生产全过程的优化设定问题进行描述,利用if-then规则库来描述各子过程设定值变化量与最终产品质量的关系.采用Tsukamoto模糊推理方法,将带模糊约束的优化问题转化为清晰优化问题,得到各子过程的优化设定值变化量.以步进式加热炉的温度设定为例进行仿真,验证了所提出方法的正确性.
An optimal setting method of a kind of cascade processes under if-then rules is studied. First, the optimal setting problem of cascade processes is described. A method is proposed, in which if-then rules are used to describe the relationship between the changes of set points for each sub-process and the final product quality. The fuzzy optimization problem is transformed into a crisp optimization problem by Tsukamoto's fuzzy reasoning method and the optimal set points for each sub-process are obtained. The Simulation on the optimal setting for reheating furnace temperature shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
