面与面间三阶局部切触与复杂柱面的加工

摘要 面与面之间三阶局部切触与复杂柱面加工适用于圆角铣刀,鼓形铣刀,圆锥铣刀等加工。据局部切触理论、刀具回转面的表示、刀具曲面的方向导数,推导了刀具与被加工柱面的切触方程,确立了面间局部切触条件及刀具定位。采用5坐标加工法可加工任何形状。 Machining of third-order partial contact and complex cylinder between surface and surface is applicable in machining of corner-rounding cutter, drum-rounding cutter and coned cutter. According to theory of partial touching, denotation of surface of cutter revolution, and directional derivative of curved surface of cutter, touching equation of cutter and cylinder machined was deduced. Touching condition between surface and surface and locating of cutter was established. Any shape was machined with 5-coordinate machining method.
