摘要
简述了特许经营在我国的发展历史及现状,指出中国特许经营的完善主要取决于两大因素,一是完善法律环境,二是完善特许经营合同。
This paper briefly introduces the developing history and existing si tuation of the chartered business in China, and points out that the perfection o f chartered business in China depends on two factors, one is the perfection of t he legal environment, and the other is the perfection of the contract of the cha rtered business.
