摘要
目的 探讨蛛网膜下腔出血患者再出血的原因及护理对策。方法 设立观察组、对照组。结果 对照组再出血 9例 ,死亡 3例 ,观察组再出血 6例 ,死亡 1例。结论 对蛛网膜下腔出血患者给予全方位的护理措施可使再出血发生率明显下降。
objective To study the reasons and nursing care methods of rehemorrhage in patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods To establish observed group and compared group.Overall nursing was given in observed group.Results 9 patients had rehemorrhage and 3 patient died in compared group.6 patients had rehemorrhage and 1 patient died in observed group. Conclusion The rate of rehemorrhage of patiant with subarachnoid hemorrhagewould descend by obviously overall nursing .
