摘要
目的探讨肺炎性假瘤(IPT)的动态CT特征。方法6例IPT术前或抗炎治疗前均行以下方案的动态CT扫描:病灶层平扫、注射造影剂后30s开始,在180s内间隔30s的病灶序列扫描。结果IPT的平均平扫CT值为33.5HU±6.66HU;30s时间段的平均CT增强值为10.3HU±2.40HU;60s时间段的平均CT增强值为39.17HU±6.27HU;峰强化在90s时间段,其平均CT增强为45.5HU±12.37HU,病灶达峰强化后在3min内无明显下降。结论综合分析平扫CT值、30s时间段的CT增强值以及90s以后的造影剂消退速度有助于IPT的诊断。
Objective To investigate the dynamic CT features of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor(PIPT).Methods Six patients with PIPT underwent the dynamic CT scans before the operation or anti-inflammatory therapy.The scanning protocol included non-contrast CT scan and delayed scan at 30 s,60 s,90 s,120 s,150 s and 180 s after bolus injection of contrast medium.Contrast medium enhancement values were calculated for each time.Results CT value of PIPT was changed with different scan time,for example,CT value of non contrast scan was 33.5±2.40 HU,while following injection of contrast medium,10.3±2.40 HU at 30 s,39.17±6.27 HU at 60 s,and 45.5±12.37 HU at 90 s,simultaneously,this peak value(45.5±12.37 HU)was continuously enhanced for 3 minutes.Conclusion Overall analysis of CT value with and without contrast medium as well as attenuated speed at 90 s is helpful to diagnose PIPT.
