摘要
目的总结并分析男性白塞病患者的临床特点。方法选取38例临床资料较完整的男性白塞病患为研究对象,同时选取33例女性白塞病患者为对照组,综合分析其临床特点。结果男性白塞病患者多见,病年龄平均为27.7岁,首发症状以口腔溃疡为最多(71.1%),皮肤病变的发生率明显低于女性(68.4%,P<0.),痤疮样皮疹较女性更多见(P<0.01),眼征的发生率明显高于女性(63.2%,P<0.05),尤其是重要脏器受累见,针刺反应阳性率明显高于女性患者(P<0.01),而提示病情活动的炎性指标C反应蛋白和血沉增高的发率均明显高于女性(P<0.05)。结论男性白塞病患者病情往往较重,预后不良。
Objective: To investigate clinical characteristics of male paitients with Behcet′s disease. Methods: The clinical features of Behcet′s disease were presented based on 38 male paitients and 33 female paitients. Results: The male paitients with Behcet′s disease were more likely to have oral aphthae as first symptom(71.1%), the rate of skin lesion significantly lower in male than that of female (P<0.05), and were more likely to have folliculitis and eye disease (P<0.01,P<0.05), and higher positive rate of pathergy test, C-reavtive protein well as ESR(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusions: Male paitients seem to contribute to more severe disease and poor prognosis.
