摘要
针对粒状物料高温煅烧后无法直接接袋包装 ,而已有的冷却机使粒状物料破碎严重 ,物料冷却效果不佳的现状 ,进行了改叶片螺旋为螺带螺旋 ,改水浸式冷却方式为以喷淋式为主的冷却方式等的结构改造。
The blade screw was changed into belt screw and the water seasoning cooling was basically changed into spray cooling because the grain materials could not be directly packed with bags, the existing coolers made the grain materials seriously destroyed, and the cooling result of the grain materials was not good.
