摘要 本文着重就胚胎干细胞 (ESCs)定向诱导分化为脊髓运动神经元过程中两个重要阶段及相关基因的表达调控进行综述。运动神经元分化的基因调控研究将有利于阐明其发育和分化的模式 。 Directed differentiation of ESCs into motor neurons is reviewed with focus on the expression and function of implicated genes in an attempt to understand the development of motor neurons.
