一、私营企业:发展的现状我国社会主义改造以后,私营企业都已经采取了合作社和公私合营的形式,作为私营企业,它们已不复存在了。现在所说的私营企业,是党的十一届三中全会以后,在改革、开放的形势下,国家准许个体经济存在而发展起来的。1979年后,我国一些地方开始有个别雇工超过7人的个体工商户和专业大户出现。例如。
A Summary of Investigations on the Private Enterprises all overthe country.This is a brief account on the present condition, the distinguished fea-ture and the existing problems about Chinese private enterprises emergedunder the situation of reform and the policy of 'openning the door',during the past ten years. It is written on the basis of the investigationsmade by Chinese research workers.The summary gives us a detailed description of the development ofrural private enterprises and also the models of Wenzhou and Quanzhou,as well as the development of urban private enterprises (which developslowlier than rural ones).At the end, it makes a serious and objective analysis on the furthertendency of them.Research workers can find plenty of information and materials herefor their reference.
