党的十六大把建设“全民学习,终身学习的学习型社会”作为我国21世纪头20年全面建设小康社会的一个奋斗目标。把握新时期干部培训的发展趋势对做好干部培训工作有着重要的意义。创新干部培训的理念和方法;创建学习型组织,提高教师素质充分开发和利用学员资源;实现教师角色的转变等等,是搞好干部培训工作的重要选择。
The16th National Congress of the CPC regards the learning society in which all the people will learn or even pursue life-long education as the objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the first two decades of the21st century.It is of great significance to do a good job in the development of the officials training in the new stage.The important choices of dealing with the officials training are to innovate in the ideas and methods of the officials training;to set up learning organizations to enhance the qualities of teachers;to make full development and use of resources of students so as to change the role of teachers.
