摘要
本文报告3例空肠弯曲菌肠炎后并发急性运动性轴索性神经病。特点为儿童、夏季发病、进行性四肢软瘫、无感觉障碍。对3例患儿进行了动态电生理学观察和抗体测定。从病人粪便中分离出3株空肠弯曲菌。对空肠弯曲菌肠炎与急性运动性轴索性神经病的关系进行了探讨。
The article has discussed 3 AMAN patients with eampylobacter jejuni (Cj) enteritis, 3 patients are children, occur in the summer. The clinical course has marked by progressive ascending tetraparesis without sensory involvement. Cj strains have been isolated from AMAN patient's stool. Serial electrodiagnosticstudies were performed and the relationship between Cj enteritis and AMAN was discussed.
