摘要
1962～1981年,我科将其它肿瘤或非肿瘤性病变误诊为恶性淋巴瘤共93例,占同期收治该类病人的17.8%。其部位分布依次为头颈部56例,胃肠道9例,腹股沟7例,肠系膜6例,躯干和四肢皮下5例,腋下1例,部位不详9例。复查后诊断:原发性未分化癌31例,反应性淋巴组织增生26例,转移性低分化癌21例,其它少见肿瘤共15例。
A pathological analysis was made on 93 cases which were misdiagnosed as malignant lymphoma(ML)during 1962-1981.The misdiagnosed accounted for 17.8% (93/528)of all ML diagnosed in the same period.The sites of these misdiagnosed tumors were in the following order:head and neck 56 cases,gastroint estinal tract 9 cases,inguen 7 cases,mesenterium 6 cases,trund and limbs 5 cases,axilla 1 cases and unknown 9 cases. After careful review,31 cases were correctively diagnosed as primary undifferentiated carci- noma,26 cases as reactive lymphoproliferation,21 cases as metastatic low differentiated car- cinoma and 15 cases as other rare tumors.
