摘要
本文比较了57例单侧慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的健侧耳和25例正常人50耳的骨导听力,发现在1000、2000和4000Hz处,患者健侧耳平均骨导值比正常人的分别高4.18、5.60和8.27dB(P<0.01),在500、2000和4000Hz处患者健侧耳>15dB的耳数明显多于正常人耳数(P<0.05),说明单侧慢性化脓性中耳炎时,常有健侧耳骨导听力下降。对其原因进行了讨论。
The average bone conduction thresholds of uninvolved ears of 57 cases with unilateral chronic purulent otitis media were increased by 4.18,5. 60 and 8. 27 dB at 50 ears of 25 normal persons(P<0. 01). The ears with bone conduction threshold over 15 dB were more in uninvolved ears at 500,2000 and 4000 Hz than that in normal ears(P< 0. 05). The results indicated that the uninvolved ears of patients with unilateral chronic purulent otitis media do have hearing loss in bone conduction and the reasons of hearing loss in bone conduction were discussed.
