摘要
本文对灌饮白酒1个月的DBA/2小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性、脾淋巴细胞转化率、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)活性进行了检测,观察酗酒对机体免疫功能的影响。研究结果,酗酒后小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬作用、淋巴细胞转化率、IL-1及IL-2活性均明显下降,表明酗酒可降低机体的免疫功能。
The effects on phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage, lymphocytes transformation and activity of IL—1 and IL—2 have been detected in DBA/2 mice intaked white spirits for one month. It was shown that phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage, lymphocytes transformation by ConA treatment, and the activity of IL—1 and IL—2 were decreased significantly in drinking mice. It was proved that the immune function would be reduced by excessive drinking.
