摘要
发展中国家通过引进技术 ,利用后发优势只能有限地缩小与发达国家的技术差距 ,无法实现“赶超战略”。发展中国家若想获得持久的竞争优势 ,实现世界技术领先水平的目标就必须在依靠技术引进的基础上充分重视自我技术创新 。
By utiliziny advanced foreign technology, developing countries can make use of the backward competitiveness to narrow the gap with the developed country, but this can never raach the achievement of “catch-up and surpass”. So the government of the developing countries must pay more attention to self-innovation of technology, realizing the transmission from technology introduction to self-innovation of technology.
