摘要
目的 :探讨鼻内窥镜下切除上颌窦囊肿的方法。方法 :于鼻窦内窥镜下行中鼻道开窗、下鼻道开窗及中鼻道、下鼻道联合开窗术治疗上颌窦囊肿 32例。结果 :所有囊肿均在内窥镜下完整切除 ,随访 0 .5～ 1年无复发。结论 :应用鼻内窥镜切除上颌窦囊肿创伤小 ,操作简便 ,治疗效果确切 ,是治疗上颌窦囊肿的有效方法。
Objective: To explore the surgery way of removal of maxillary sinus cyst by endoscopic sinus surgery. Method: 32 cases with maxillary sinus cyst were treated by nasal endoscopy in intranasal antrostomy.Result: All cases were performed successful surgery and recovered well. There was no relapse in postoperative follow-up of half to 1 year. Conclusion: Removal of maxillary sinus cyst by endoscopic sinus surgery in intranasal antrostomy is a convenient and effective operation.
