摘要
目的了解奉贤地区自杀死因，为综合治理提供依据。方法运用卫生统计分析。结果自杀死亡率为１１．３４／１０万，居意外死亡第二位。女性自杀死亡高于男性。自杀死亡率在２０～３９岁组形成小高峰，５０岁以后自杀死亡率随着年龄上升而递增。自杀类型以服毒为主，自杀死亡的主要原因是家庭矛盾，其次为久病不愈，分别占自杀死亡总数的５４．９２％和１１．８６％。结论自杀原因众多，应引起全社会重视，积极开展精神文明建设活动，加强综合治理。
Objective To survey the
causes of suicide in the area of Fengxian,and to provide data for our complicated
administration. Methods Heath statistic methods were used. Results The rate of suicide
mortality was 11.34/105,it ranked the second among different deaths of accident.Female
mortality is higher than that of the male. The rate of suicide mortality among 20 KG-*3] 39 age
group was very high,while after 50 years of age the rate of suicide mortality went up with age.
Taking poison was a major cause of suicide,mostly resulted from familiar dispute(54.92%)and
prolonged illness(11.86%). Conclusions The causes of suicide were various.Suicide should be
taken great concern by the whole society.It is very necessary to carry out splritual civilization
construction and enhance complicated administration to further decrease the rate of suicide
mortality.
