细胞介素 11(IL 11)是一种多功能细胞因子 ,可直接作用于骨髓造血祖细胞、巨噬细胞、T细胞、上皮细胞和肝细胞 ,具有促进造血、调控免疫、抗炎和保护黏膜上皮等功能 ,临床前研究和临床试验已表明IL 11可促进白血病患者化疗后血小板恢复 ,在造血干细胞移植中可防治移植物抗宿主病的发生 ,维持移植物抗白血病效应并可协同G CSF动员造血干 祖细胞进入外周血。本文对IL
Interleukin-11 (IL-11) is a multifunctional c yt okine that directly acts on hematopoietic progenitors, macrophage, T cells, epit helial cells and hepatocytes, as well as promotes hematopoiesis, regulates immun ity, protects mucosa and epithelium, and has the effect of anti-inflammatory. P reclinical and clinical studies have demonstrated that IL-11 effectively accele rates the recovery of peripheral blood platelets of acute leukemi a patients after chemothercpy. In the hematopoietic stem cell transplatation, IL -11 prevents and treats the graft- versus-host disease leading to the effect of graft-versus-leukemia. Synergizi ng with G-CSF, IL-11 mobilizes hematopoietic progenitors and stem cells from b one marrow to peripheral blood with higher efficiency. Progress on research and clinical application of IL-11 in treatment of leukemia was reviewed in this pap er.
