摘要
应用故障树分析法预测造气炉夹套锅炉发生爆炸的可能性,并找出造成夹套锅炉爆炸事故的初始原因(基本事件)有12个,消除这些隐患,对安全生产有极为重要的作用。
In this paper, the explosion probability of jacket boiler of gas stove was predicted by 'Fault Tree Analysis'. There are twelve basic reasons which lead the boiler to explode. The analysis results are useful for overcoming these hidden troubles and guiding production with safety.
