摘要
目的 :观察应用白芨、黄芪等多味中药制成的抗粘连喷雾剂对防治家兔腹腔术后粘连的效果。方法 :用家兔腹腔造膜法 ,观察和评判不同方法防治腹腔术后粘连的情况。结果 :抗粘连喷雾剂防治腹腔术后粘连效果良好 ,总有效率 86 .6 7% ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :抗粘连喷雾剂防治家兔腹腔术后粘连有效且方法简便易行 。
Objective: To observe the effect of preventing postoperative adhesion of abdominal cavity of rabbits by using adhesion spray dose made from traditional Chinese Medicine such as Rhizoma Bletillae, Radix Astragali, etc. Methods: Wound surface of abdominal cavity to create membrane on rabbits was used and the effect of different methods on preventing abdominal cavity adhesion was observed and judged. Results: It has a good effect on preventing postoperative adhesion of abdominal cavity of rabbits. The total effective rate is 86.67%. Comparrng with the control group, there is a significant difference (P<0.01) Conclusion: Anti-adhesion spray dose made from traditional Chinese Medicine to prevent postoperative adhesion of abdominal cavity is effective and easy to manipulate. It can be used in clinic.
