摘要
终身体育作为一种符合现代教育的观念对传统学校体育的观念有了很大的冲击 ,在学校体育教学中全面贯彻终身体育思想 ,是体育教学改革所面临的关键问题。结合教学实践 ,提出了在学校体育教学中实施终身体育的对策和建议。
The final goal of P.E. in school is to establish a good base for life long sports. As a standpoint according with the modern education,lifelong sports impacts the traditional standpoint of the school physical education. To carry through the thought of lifelong sports in schools is the crucial question that the school P.E. must face in the reform. Combined with the teaching practice,the countermeasures and suggestions of carrying through the lifelong sports are brought forward.
