摘要
百年大计 ,教育为本 ;教育大计 ,教师为本。加强师资队伍建设 ,是实施学校教育可持续发展的重要措施。本文从提高教师的素质、重视教师的培养与提高、调动教师的积极性、制定管理制度及办法等方面进行了论述。
Education, which is to last for generations, is essential and teachers are cardinal for it . Reinforcing to carry out stustainable development of school education, as it is dscussed in the following five respects-making the duty and task of teachers clear;improving the ability of teachers ; paying more attention to the development of teachers; arousing the enthusiasm of teachers and laying down administrative systems and measures.
