两亲磁性高分子微球与人血清白蛋白的相互作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的将制备的聚苯乙烯/聚氧乙烯两亲磁性高分子微球用于与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互吸附作用研究。方法利用磁性微球在磁场作用下易于分离的特性和两亲微球在有机相和水相都易于分散的特点,考察吸附时间、pH值、温度等因素对两亲磁性高分子微球和HSA相互作用的影响。结果随着pH的升高,微球对HSA的吸附量下降;延长时间有利于HSA的吸附,两亲磁性微球对HSA的吸附不具有温敏性。结论两亲磁性高分子微球可作为分离人血清白蛋白的有效手段。 OBJECTIVE: The interaction between HSA and amphiphilic magnetic polymer microspheres consisting of poly styrene and poly (ethylene oxide) was studied. METHODS: The effects of various factors, such as time of adsorption, pH value and temperature on the adsorption of HSA by microspheres, were investigated by means of magnetic separation properties of magnetic microspheres and good dispersion capability of amphiphilic microspheres. RESULTS: The results showed the amount of adsorption of HSA decreased with the increase of pH. The increasing time of adsorption was favor to the adsorption of HSA. The adsorption of HSA by magnetic microspheres had not thermo-sensitivity. CONCLUSION: Amphiphilic magnetic polymer microspheres were an effective means for the separation of HSA.
