Component technique is a direction of software developing and becomes more popular in GIS software developing domain,it does depend on which program language or embedding special OCX in general Visual development environment(such as VC ++ ,VB,Delphi).This paper detailedly discusses the design and development process of DF and location on radio based on professional system(the system is designed by COMGIS).
