摘要
以冷冻法硝酸磷肥的副产物四水硝酸钙生产造纸专用碳酸钙后的母液——硝酸铵溶液为原料,与氯化钾进行复分解反应,生产工业硝酸钾和氯化铵钾复合肥料,通过实验确定出最佳工艺条件。产品质量达到了国标要求。
Ammonium nitrate solution, which comes from the mother liquor of producing the papermaking-special calcium carbonate using tetrahydrated calcium nitrate——a byproduct of nitrate superphosphate fertilizer by freezing process, is mixed with potassium chloride, then, technical potassium nitrate and a compound fertilizer——ammonium potassium chloride is produced by double decomposition, the optimum process conditions are determined by experiments, the quality of the product comes to national standard specifications.
