摘要
对改性六羟树脂的经典合成工艺进行了改进:将羟甲基化反应由常压改为在一定的负压下进行,确定了合理的物料配比,选用甲醇作醚化剂,羟甲基化反应温度为65~68℃,醚化反应温度为63~65℃。
Classical synthesis process of modified hexahydric resin is improved: methylolation is changed from at atmospheric pressure into at a negative pressure, a reasonable material ratio is determined, methanol is used as etherifying agent, methylolation temperature is 65~68℃, etherification temperature 63~65℃.
