摘要
为扩大耗散理论的适用性,本文修改了熵增公式,并由此推导出改革开放是永恒性的主题;用修改后的熵增公式和分叉理论,对形形色色的组织演化历史及其根源进行剖析,指出组织的发展与否,关健在于重大决策的把握。
In order to extend the abaptability of the theory of dissipative struetures,this paper modifies the formula of entropy increment,and then concludes that open—reform is the perpetual theme.With this formula and the theory of branching,this paper analyses evo- lutionary histories and their souces of oranizations of all forms,and finally pionts out that the key to the devlopment of organization is to make important decisions correct.
