非稳态生产性噪声对作业人员的健康效应

摘要 目的 评价工作场所非稳态生产性噪声对作业人员健康的影响。 方法 对 83 2名武汉市机械、钢铁、造船从事冷作、冲压、锻造作业工人和 80名同行业科室工作人员的听力与健康检查资料进行logistic回归分析。 结果 噪声作业 (x1)、性别 (x2 )与接噪工龄 (x3 )均以统计学公认的 0 2 5水准进入与作业人员 8项健康指标 (y1~y8)取值为1(异常 )时的logistic回归方程 (逐步法 ) ,其相对危险度 (以比值比OR估计 )以噪声作业 (x1)为最大、接噪工龄 (x3 )次之、性别 (x2 )为弱。 结论 从事噪声作业与接噪工龄的延长是导致作业工人 8项健康指标受损的职业性危险因素。 Objective To evaluate the effects of non-steady noise produced in the work places on the health of workers. Methods The hearing levels and other health parameters from 832 workers engaged in cooling, stamping and forging works in the mechanic, steel, iron and ship manufacture industry and 80 office staffs in the same environment were analyzed by logistic registration. Results The parameters of working under noise (x 1), sex(x 2) and duration of exposure to noise (x 3) entered into the logistic regression equation when the value is taken as 1 (abnormal) of 8 item health parameters (y 1~y 8) according to the accepted standard (0.25) in statistics. The result showed that the relative risk (the Odds Ratio) is the highest for workers exposed to noise, modest for the duration of exposure to noise and the low for the sex. Conclusion Working under noise and the elongation of work under noise are the risk factors which lead to the impairment of the 8 item health indexes of the working people.
