摘要
本文设计了一个综台利用煤矸石的新工艺——氯比焙烧法,经过热力学计算证明新工艺构思合理,能充分发挥煤矸石中所含碳的作用,化学动力学测试表明该反应速度快,反应温度、氯气流速等工艺条件符合工业生产的实际要求。
A new technology called chlorldizing roasting is designed for the comprehensive utilization of coal stone. The rationalization of the technology is verified by thermodynamical calculation. The carbon contained in coal stone is made full use of . The experimental results on chemical kinetics indicat that the rates of reactions in the technological process are fast and the technologiacal requiments can be easy met . The reaction temperature and the flow rate of chlorine is practical.
