摘要
本文介绍了辽化化工实验工厂对尼龙66盐废液回收利用立项研究过程。即从尼龙66盐废液脱色净化及其回收技术,并用回收得到尼龙66盐经缩聚、纺丝制得符合要求的尼龙66长丝。尼龙66盐外观为白或微黄色、无杂质、透明度≥100cm、总挥发碱(0.01 N HC1)≤50ml、灰份≤40PPm、熔点≥187℃。153dtex/25f尼龙66织带专用长丝的物理指标:强度4.4cN/dtex、伸长19～25％、纤度不匀率≤3％、伸不匀率≤10％。
The Research work or recycle of waste liquor from nylon 66 salt in Liaoyang Chemical Experiment Plant is introduced,which includes the decolorization,purification of the waste and recrystallization,qualified filaments are produced with recycled nylon 66 salts which has a color of white of pale yellow,contains no impurtiies,transparancy 100 cm,total volatile alkali(0.1N HCl)≤50ml,ash content≤40ppm,m.p.≥187℃,the specification of 153 dtex/25f nylon filaments for braid weaving are:tenacity 4.4 cN/dtex,elongation 19-25% titer uneve-ness≤3%,elongation uneveness≤10%.
