摘要
研究了阴离子分散松香胶/聚合氯化铝(DRS/PAC)系统用于漂白蔗渣化学浆及蔗渣浆与化学木浆的混合浆进行中性施胶的影响因素,摸索了该系统的最佳中性施胶工艺条件。结果表明:DRS/PAC系统的最佳中性施胶工艺条件为,胶用量0.8%~1.0%,PAC用量0.6%~0.8%,阳离子淀粉用量0.8%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺用量0.03%。分别使用100%蔗渣化学浆、95%蔗渣浆/5%化学木浆、70%蔗渣浆/30%木浆为原料,采用该系统进行中性施胶抄纸,在添加20%CaCO3(或10%CaCO3/10%滑石粉)条件下,所抄纸张的各项物理性能指标均达到文化用纸国家标准要求。
