摘要
本文报道用测量电阻的方法,研究高温超导体YB_(a2)Cu_3 O_(7-x)的高温电阻率,正交一四方结构相变和氧在晶格内的扩散,并对实验结果进行了分析和讨论。
The high temperature resistivity, the orthorhombic-tetragonal phase transition and the oxygen diffusion in the lattice for superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_7^-X have been studied with a resistance measuring method.The results are analysed and discussed.
