从废弃蛋壳中提取溶菌酶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对采用聚丙烯酸沉淀法从废弃蛋壳中提取溶菌酶进行了初步的研究。经抽提、除杂蛋白、吸附、盐析等一系列步骤成功地提取出蛋壳中的微量溶菌酶,考察了pH值、温度、NaCl溶液浓度等因素对抽提的影响,结果表明,抽提时将pH值设定在4.5,温度为50℃、NaCl溶液浓度为2%,在此条件下所提取的溶菌酶活性较高,盐析时较低的盐溶液浓度,pH值为10.5左右较好。 <abstract> the depositional way of polyacrylic acid to extract lysozyme from abandoned egg shell was studied in this paper.By extracting ,wipping off,albumen,adsorption and salt out, lysozyme was extracted successfully from abandoned egg shell,the effects of pH, temperature, the concentration of NaCl in the process of extract were studied. The result indicated that we can achieve higher lysozyme activity under the condition:pH is 4.5,temperature is 50℃,the the concentration of NaCl is 2%.the pH of the salting out solution is 10.5,
