摘要
传播学者费斯克以独特的视角和文化方式阐释新闻,认为"新闻是历史的拼贴",是建构意义的知识权力。新闻文本与受众是一种互动关系,新闻文本的意义通过新闻制作者与受众达成协商来推理建构,而受众结构的异质性决定了文本解读的多义性。新闻文本意义的建构同时还是一场新闻意义建构者与受众理解的抗争。
Communication scholar John Fiske studies news in a unique perspective. He suggests that news is 'the paste-up of history' and intellectual power behind the construction of meaning; there is an interaction between news text and its receivers because its meaning is from the negotiation between news senders and readers. Besides, the heterogeneous quality of receivers contributes to the polysemy of news text and the construction of the text meaning is at the same time a confrontation between news senders and receivers.
