摘要
在前报的基础上,着重讨论了硅椽胶分散液的制备及其稳定性。结果表明,将增强GY-131型医用级硅橡胶溶于1,1,1-三氯乙烷,经高速捣碎即可制得均匀、稳定的分散液。使用流延或浸渍方法,可用以制得具有复杂形状的薄壁硅橡胶医用制品。
Based on previous works ,this one emphasizes the preparation and stability of silicone rubber dispersion . Stable homogeneous silicone rubber dispersion could be made by solving reinforced GY-131 medical grade silicone rubber in 1,1,1- trichloroethane and then by pounding in ahigh speed pounder . Thin-wall silicone rubber articles with complex shapes preparaed from the dispersion by dip - coating or spraging satisfy clinical uses
