摘要
采用文献研究与教学实践相结合的方法,对如何搞好普通高校羽毛球选项课的教学进行了探讨。教学中采用了分层次分组教学、课内外一体化教学、多媒体演示与表象演练教学、重视规则和裁判法的学习、改进考核评价方法等等教学措施,教学效果显著。
Combined with the literature research and the Teaching practice, this article mainly discusses how to improve the selective badminton curriculum in general colleges and universities. In the teaching practice, by using diverse teaching methods, such as teaching of gruop dividing with level, curricular-and-extracurricular unified instruction, multimedia demonstration and idea drilling, by attaching importance to the study of rules and umpire standard and by adjusting the way of checking and scoring, the teaching effect has been improved obviously.
