战术意识是篮球运动员从事篮球比赛所必须具备的一种重要能力,它是运动员技战术水平得到有效发挥的前提条件。本文从运动员技术、战术等方面阐述了篮球运动员在训练、比赛中培养战术意识的途径和方法。
Tactics consciousness is a kind of important ability that basketball players engaged in match must possess. It is the precondition of technology and tactics bring into play effectively. This papers explains the way and method to cultivate the tactics consciousness of basketball players from the sportsman's technology tactics.
