摘要
应对入世后的挑战,推动金融深化是当前我国商业银行面临的历史课题。该文将新时期资本市场上最具活力的民营资本作为一种新的变量,引入我国商业银行的信贷资产证券化,探讨对我国商业银行及相关利益者的影响。
Tackling the challenge after entering WTO is a historical subject facing Commercial Bank of China to deepen the finance. This paper introduces the asset securitisation of the Commercial Bank of China as investors, and tries to probe into the impact on the Commercial Bank of China and also puts forward some ideas on the beneficial persons concerned.
