摘要
知识经济时代 ,人力资源是社会经济发展的第一资源 ,人力资源的开发与管理已成为决定企业发展首要因素。然而 ,我国企业现行的人事管理与现代人力资源管理在指导思想和管理形式上都存在显著的差别 ,存在着许多的弊端 ,在一定程度上制约着我国企业的发展。因此 ,如何更好地把人力资源开发好、管理好 。
In this knowledge-based economic era, human resource is the first resource for the social economic development. Its management and development are always the crucial factors for the growth of a modern enterprise. However, there exists a huge gap in the form and guideline between the current personnel management and human resource management in enterprises in our country. The existing weak points, to a large degree, prevent our enterprises from further development. Hence, how to optimize the management and development of the human resources remains an urgent problem for modern enterprises.
