流行性腮腺炎脑膜脑炎患儿脑脊液和血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨测定神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)含量 ,对腮脑患儿脑损伤的评估价值。方法 :将 39例腮脑患儿作为观察组 ,根据脑电图 (EEG)有无异常分为EEG正常组 2 8例、EEG异常组 11例 ;30例单纯流行性腮腺炎患儿作为对照组。CSF NSE和sNSE测定采用电化学发光法。结果 :①腮脑EEG异常组、正常组和对照组的CSF NSE和sNSE水平两两比较均差异有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。②腮脑CSF NSE和sNSE含量呈正相关 (r=0 .78,P <0 .0 1) ;与脑脊液压力呈正相关 (r =0 .5 8,P <0 .0 1) ;与CSF WBC计数无相关性 (r =0 .10 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :CSF NSE和sNSE可以作为衡量流行性腮腺炎患儿脑损伤的指标 ,反映疾病的病情严重程度、病变范围和预后转归。 Objective: To investigate the concentrations of neuron specific enolase(NSE) in cerebrospi nal fluid(CSF) and serum in children with mumps meningoencephalitis,and discuss the values in assessing brain injury. Methods:NSE was measured with electrochemicoluminescence in C SF and serum in 39 children with mumps meningoencephalitis and 30 controls with on ly mumps without complication. The children were divided into two groups accordi ng to the alteration of EEG:normal EEG group in 28 cases and abnormal EEG group in 11 ones. Results:① Both CSF-NSE and sNSE levels of the mumps meningoen cephalitis abnormal EEG group and the normal EEG group,the control group had significant difference(P<0.05),comparaed with each other. ② The CSF NSE correleated with not only serum concentration(r=0.7 8,P<0.01),but also the pressure of CSF(r=0.5 8,P<0.01). Didn't correleate with the count of CSF-WBC( r=0.10,P>0.05). Conclusion:NSE can be used as CSF and serum indexes to assess brain injury in children with mumps meningoencephalitis,and can incarnates the severit y of patient's condition and lesion range and prognosis of the disease.
