摘要
在介绍城镇土地定级估价的基本过程和地理信息系统软件MapInfo及二维网格化绘图软件WinSurfer特点的基础上,结合城镇土地定级估价中应用实例,探讨了上述两个软件在镶嵌绘制城镇地籍(宗地)图和多因素作用分等值线图的基本思路,从而为城镇土地定级估价过程中地理信息数据库的建立和多因素作用等级及趋势面分析提出1种较实用的方法。
The general idea of making inlaid map about cities and towns' cadastre and about making the contour of affecting factors value using the software MapInfo and WinSurfer was introduced. Taking making land grad and assess as an example, the basic process of making grad and price of land and the characteristic of the two softwares was introduced.Thereby, a useful method of establishing GIS database for making land grade and assess in cities and towns as well as analysis about the trend of affecting factors value grad was put forward.
