摘要 敏捷制造是设计制造业为了应对日益加剧的市场竞争而提出的一个制造理念,通过增强对产品的设计、制造、后期销售各个阶段的管理来增强企业的竞争力。鉴于产品的设计阶段在其整个生命周期的关键地位,从两个方面对以往的设计模式加以改进,从而提高设计速度。提取目标产品的关键特征,利用进化计算对其进化,产生多个具体模型,为设计者提供初步的设计思路;多个设计者同时对同一目标展开协同设计,加快设计进度。 AM (Agile Manufacturing) have been raised to face the progressively competing.By enhancing the management of designing,manufacturing and selling phases,AM can actually reinforce the competition of the enterprise.Considering the pivotal station of design phase in the whole life cycle,the two aspects of departed design patterns are altered,aiming to improve the design speed.In order to broaden the design ideas of designers,the key characters of the goal product are abstracted and picked up,and then several actual models are generated by using evolution computing.Secondly,multi-designers cooperatively design the same goal at the same time,which will certain to expedite design progress rate.
