摘要
研究了以国产LLDPE,HDPE为主要原料的新型中空容器的成型技术,研制的中空容器耐环境应力开裂性、耐刺穿性等物理机械性能均达到或超过SG259-82标准,且重量为普通中空容器的75％～80％,具有推广使用价值。
The manufacturing technology of making blow moulded newtype containers using domestic products of LLDPE, HDPE were studied. The environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), thrust resistance, and other physical and mechanical properties of the containers had all met or surpassed the standard of SG259-82. The weight of the containers was 0.75～0.80 times that of the conventional one. The field of application could be further extended.
