摘要
分析HDPE装置淤浆法生产5200B时,影响产品耐环境应力开裂(ESCR)性能的因素。改变浆液配比、加入共聚单体,控制首釜浆液MFR的稳定性等是提高5200B ESCR性能的有效措施。
In this article, the factors harmful to the ESCR of HDPE 5200B produced by a slurry polymerization process were discussed. Alteration of the composition of the slurry, addition of comonomer, and controlling steadily the MFR of the slurry of the first polymerizer were shown to be effective measures to improve the ESCR properties of HDPE 5200B produced.
